Co-Director
Korinna is Co-Director at Hype & Genius. She is driven by a deep passion for collaborating with organisations committed to creating social impact. She's dedicated to making a positive difference with Hype & Genius and builds impactful partnerships.
Lylo Gold
Co-Director
Lylo Gold, acclaimed musician and Co-Director at Hype & Genius, recognised by The Fader, MOBO's Ones To Watch, and AfroPunk, infuses her distinct musical prowess into her role. As Co-Director, she infuses her creative vision and expertise to the dynamic initiatives at Hype & Genius.

Co-Director
Korinna is a strategic leader with over a decade of experience in employment, creative enterprise, and social impact. She previously served as CEO of a youth charity and COO of a tech startup, building partnerships with industry leaders including Warner Bro's, Samsung, and BP. As Co-Director of Hype & Genius, she combines her expertise to work with both creatives and brands support the ever changing creative landscape.
Lylo Gold
Co-Director
Lylo Gold, acclaimed musician and Co-Director at Hype & Genius, with over 3m streams online and recognised by The Fader, MOBO's Ones To Watch, and AfroPunk. She is also a learning and engagement expert with 15 years of experience spanning music, education, and youth development. She previously worked as a teacher and curriculum designer, specialising in creative learning and alternative education models. As Co-Director of Hype & Genius, she empowers creatives with industry-standard training and real employment opportunities.
