Our Mission
Our mission is to remove inequality in the creative industry so that creatives can have careers free from exploitation.
We work in a 2-fold way.
With organisations to lobby for change and directly with the creatives themselves: believing that in order to make change in the industry, it's important to be involved at all levels.
Why?
Creative careers are more underpaid than any other industries. Creatives are more likely to do unpaid work - and often a lot of creatives are not credited for their work. These issues disproportionately impact Black, female, disabled and young creatives.
